5 Minutes Nutella Mug Cake

Ever crave for something chocolaty but don't want to (or don't have the luxury to) spend a lot of time to bake a moist rich chocolaty cake? or simply can't wait to have a taste of chocolate cake in the middle of the night where no shops are open? Well, provided you have a microwave oven, a 5 minute Nutella mug cake is just what is needed.

Ingredient:-
4 tbsp self rising flour (or replace with normal flour + ½tsp baking powder)
4 tbsp sugar *don't worry, it's not too sweet
1 egg
3 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp Nutella
3 tbsp milk
3 tbsp vegetable oil

Mix all the ingredients in a large mug using a fork or small whisk; sequence of mixing is not important but remember to mix well. If the mixture fills nearly to the brink of the cup, then perhaps pour it out into 2 separate coffee mugs (mine was 'overflown' as you can see from the picture). Microwave it at high for 2 - 3 mins (depending on the power of your microwave). Mine is a 750W microwave and the cake is done in about 3 minutes.

Enjoy it while it's warm, or topped with whipped cream if you like. If you can't finish the cake, wrapped it and put it in the fridge, the cake is still soft the day after. Of course it is nowhere to compete with my ordinary moist rich chocolate cake but for a 5 minutes cake, it tastes good and so easy to make, definitely a keeper.
