When you have toasts sitting on your kitchen counter (perhaps some banana too) and you are tired of eating it the same old way, here's a nice alternative way of making banana toast.
Ingredients:-
4 slices Toast
1 large Banana
1 large egg, beaten
butter + oil
sugar
Methods:-
1. Roll the toast with rolling pin until it's evenly thin.
2. Cut the banana to a size where it can be wrapped with the bread. Roll the flatten toast around the banana as you would a swiss roll.
3. Heat a pan with some oil & butter over medium heat.
4. Dip the rolled toast into beaten egg and then fry on the pan until all sides are golden brown.
5. Cut into bite size and serve with generous sprinkles of sugar.
