Kulmule with Tomato Vinegraitte 蓝鳕鱼


Very common fish in Denamrk, kulmule (blue whiting fish) is not super expensive and taste much better than cods available here. 

Prep the fish by slicing a few cuts on the skin (not into the meat). Pat it dry and generously season both sides with salt & pepper. 

Heat pan on medium high heat with a tablespoon of oil, put the fish skin side down and let it fry for about 10 minutes or until the fish 'release' itself from the pan. When this happen, flip the fish and cook for ~10 seconds. Remove from heat, serve hot with any side dishes desired.
