30 Minutes Dinner Roll

Wanted to have soft fluffy bread but don't have the luxury of time to wait for the bread to rise? Then this is a fool proof recipe. 30 minutes may be a little exaggerated (takes a little longer including preparation work) but it is certainly less than an hour and yields satisfactory result.

Ingredients:-
1 cup + 2 tablespoons very warm water
1⁄3 cup oil
1⁄4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons yeast
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten
3 - 4 cups flour

Methods:-
1. Mix warm water, oil, sugar and yeast; let rest for 10 minutes until yeast activates (the mixture should be bubbly).
2. Add salt and beaten egg; blend well.
3. Add flour, one cup at a time until soft dough if formed.
4. Knead in a big bowl for 5-10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.
5. Shape into small balls (walnut sized) and put into a baking pan lined with baking paper.
6. Let rise at least 5-10 minutes. *If you have more time, you can let the rolls rise in the pan until they have doubled in size.
7. Bake at 220 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. Serve warm.
