Melt in your mouth butter cookies
(makes about 30 big ones and 70 small ones)
Ingredients:-
200g butter, room temperature
150g flour
50g cornflour
50g icing sugar
1 vanilla pod

Methods:-
1. Cream the butter & icing sugar with hand mixer.
2. Add vanilla beans from the pod, mix until incorporated.
3. Sift flour & cornstarch into the butter mixture & fold in the flour until fully incorporated.
4. Pipe the dough to desire form & baked at 200°C for 8 - 9 minutes

This recipe is so good that I have to make a second batch to bring to work to show off :)
