Ingredients:-
(A) for marinate
350g Pork belly
2 tbsp Fermented bean paste
1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tbsp grated ginger + juice
1 cove garlic, grated
1 tbsp shao xing wine
1 tsp give spice powder
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp cornstarch
(B) for coating
2 tbsp potato starch
4 tbsp flour
Methods:-
1. Remove skin from pork belly.
2. Mix all marinating ingredients together and rub the mixture into the pork.
3. Marinate the pork for 2 - 4 hours in room temperature or on the fridge overnight.
4. When ready to cook, heat oil for deep frying
5. Coat the marinated pork with the coating mixture, dust off excess and fried until done.
6. Cut into small pieces and serve hot.
