Ingredients:-
250 g thin ham slices
1 cup mixed shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
1 ready made dough (pizza dough will do)
1 tbsp dijonnaise
2 tbsp chopped spring onion (optional)

Methods:-
1. Preheat the oven to 80 degC (170 deg F). Line a baking sheet with baking paper.

2. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, spread the dijonnaise evenly and cover it with the ham slices.

3. Sprinkle it with the shredded cheddar cheese & chopped spring onion.

4. Roll the dough up starting at the longer end. Spray a knife with cooking spray and slice the roll into 12 rounds.

5. Place the pinwheels onto the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until they start to rise just a bit.

6. Turn the oven up to 180 degC (350 degF) (leaving the pinwheels in the oven) and let the pinwheels bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown along the top and bottom.

7. Take the pans out of the oven and let the pinwheels rest for about 5 minutes…then gobble them up.
